How did you got involved in CrossFit?
I started doing CrossFit in December of 2013 as a way to explore different training methodologies. The combination of variety and intensity helped me to identify my strengths and weaknesses. With a little research, and loads of help from my coaches, I learned to train efficiently and without injury. Since then, it’s all been about staying the course with attendance, nutrition and sleep. Now, every day I train is an opportunity to perfect my control of self, and become the master of my environment.

Why do you love coaching?
I love coaching CrossFit for the same reason I love doing it. Not a lot of things that feel this good end up being healthy for you, and I like to share that with others.

What do you love about Rewired?
Rewired has a whole lot of heart, and you feel it when you meet the people inside. When you’re pursuing a goal as elusive and nebulous as “healthy living”, you are probably going to need a little help from a friend or a coach, and Rewired is the place to find them.

What is your hidden talent?
I’m surprisingly flexible.
