How did you got involved in CrossFit?
I started my fitness career towards the beginning of college. After doing traditional gym work (cardio, back and bi’s) for about a year, a couple of my good friends from school approached me and introduced me to crossfit. After some time getting exposed, I found a gym (Crossfit Rewired) who was offering a free week trial. After the first week I was hooked and never looked back.

Why do you love coaching?
I love coaching because it gives me a chance to share all that I have learned; all the meaningful information and encouragement that I have received that has positively impacted my life. Connecting and sharing with people is awesome. I live for the moments for I give a cue or share some advice and people light up because it has unlocked new potential on them that they might’ve never seen before.

What do you love about Rewired?
Rewired is the best. The community is fiercely loyal and wonderfully authentic. Our atmosphere and culture is infectious.

What is your hidden talent?
I play a mean sax.
